Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been dispatched.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Return and Refund

We accept returns and offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility:
    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
    • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Process:

    • Provide your order details and reason for return.
    • Once approved, the customer must send the product to the following address:
      C-39, Khasra No 164, Chanakya Marg, Chajjupur, Shahdara, Delhi – 110032, India.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is inspected and deemed eligible.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
  • Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain products such as innerwear, bras, and lingerie are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.
  • Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or process a refund as per your preference.
